We hope this letter finds you well, and pray that you have a peaceful and happy Christmas and New Year. We would love to hear your news and really appreciate your ongoing friendship.
This has been an eventful year for us. In April Ruth took up a new and very challenging job role as a School Health Nurse and in August we took up a joint voluntary role as Wardens of the CMS community house in Oxford. The business Leap Design continues to develop and grow which is exciting, and has now moved into an office in Wheatley business centre.
So at the moment we have the exciting challenge of juggling our jobs with warden commitments in the house. It is quite a balancing act but so far seems to be working very well.
Over the Autumn we had a lot of short term guests in the house. In January we will have a large intake of mission partners in training- there will be 18 of us living in community for the term including Efraim's mother who has come over from Brazil for an extended stay.
Max seems very happy in our new home and loves his new school. He is particularly chuffed to have started beaver scouts too.
We continue to enjoy being part of Grace Church in Thame and enjoy keeping up our friendships and links there.
We wish you a very happy Christmas and New Year!
With love and God bless
Efraim Ruth and Max
